Game rules
§1 Multi account
Each user may only have one account per world. Purposely blocking a game map with castles will lead to an immediate and permanent suspension of all the user's game accounts. The offending castles will be removed immediately thereafter.
§1.1 Sitting/Vacation substitute
Every user can name another player to substitute for him/her while he/she is on vacation. During this time, and 24 hours afterwards, no combined actions are allowed. This includes not only sending raw materials, but also, for example, attacking one of the castles you're supposed to be watching.
§1.2 Playing over one IP
It is allowed to play with one additional account over a single Internet connection. This must be entered in both accounts in Settings. The same rules apply as in §1.1.
§1.3 Pre-agreed upon attacks
It is forbidden to plan attacks with other players for the purpose of allowing them to take raw materials or castles. This rule applies to all players, regardless of their relation to one another.
§2 Name selection
Choose a name for yourself which fits to Damoria. Real life names are not very fitting; in addition, racist, offensive or obscene names will not be tolerated; these will lead automatically to account deletion. The same applies to your avatar (your coat of arms), etc.
§3 Permissible deliveries of raw materials
The one-sided delivery of players with raw materials, ("pushing"), is forbidden. Smaller players are allowed to deliver a maximum of one production hour per day to bigger players; bigger players are allowed to deliver an average of one to three hours of production per day to considerably smaller players. (An hour of production refers to the sum of all raw materials from all castles).
§4 Cheating and exploiting bugs
This game is continually in development and can occasionally contain errors. Whoever finds a weak point or a possibility to cheat is obligated to report it to an administrator immediately. Obvious errors should also be reported immediately, before the exploitation of such errors causes more damage. This does not only apply when the player would have a disadvantage due to the error, but also and especially when the player would have an advantage! If something looks strange or contradicts another area, it is better to ask one time too many instead of exploiting it.
Cheating, i.e. avoiding game regulations by methods not meant for the game or by ignoring the rules, will be punished by the administrators.
§5 Scripts
The use of scripts like auto-refreshers or similar is not allowed, because it creates more than the normal traffic load; this also leads to a final suspension of the account.
§6 Spam and advertising
Spam and advertising are of course not allowed, especially not in the forum. This naturally includes the excessive sending of messages to other players and continual invitations to an alliance.
§7 Claims
The player has no claim to the availability of this service or for the replacement of services. This includes services which could not be used due to an account suspension.
§8 Violation of the rules
A violation of the rules can always lead to an exclusion from the game or another penalty. The decision lies in the hands of the responsible administrators.
